orthodontist appointment again
Today I had another orthodontist appointment. My bottom retainer would not stay in my mouth when I would swallow. So the orthdontist tightened it and made sure it would stay. He then took sand paper and put it in and out between my teeth. My mouth was bleeding for awhile. If everything stays the same with my retainers I should not have to go back until March. I came back home and worked on one of the scholarships I am trying to get. Thursday I will be going to my internship.
